Director, Launch Preparedness, Policy & Advocacy Strategy, and Execution Lead, non-MD

Responsibilities

• Govern national launch preparedness strategy for U.S. vaccine and drug launches
• Define and maintain launch readiness standards and success metrics
• Serve as escalation authority for policy-driven risks impacting launches
• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape national deployment models
• Provide oversight for Pre-Approval Information Exchange readiness and execution
• Leverage insights to optimize launch preparedness frameworks
• Develop and deploy launch-related training and field readiness materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field required
• Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, or equivalent)
• 12+ years relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree; 10+ with Master’s; 7+ with PhD
• Expertise in U.S. vaccine policy, ACIP processes, and medical society engagement
• Proven leadership in high-visibility policy initiatives without direct management
• Experience advising senior leadership
• Strong communication skills, particularly engaging with senior stakeholders
