Responsibilities
- Govern national launch preparedness strategy for U.S. vaccine and drug launches
- Define and maintain launch readiness standards and success metrics
- Serve as escalation authority for policy-driven risks impacting launches
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape national deployment models
- Provide oversight for Pre-Approval Information Exchange readiness and execution
- Leverage insights to optimize launch preparedness frameworks
- Develop and deploy launch-related training and field readiness materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field required
- Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, or equivalent)
- 12+ years relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree; 10+ with Master’s; 7+ with PhD
- Expertise in U.S. vaccine policy, ACIP processes, and medical society engagement
- Proven leadership in high-visibility policy initiatives without direct management
- Experience advising senior leadership
- Strong communication skills, particularly engaging with senior stakeholders
