Responsibilities
- Set national launch preparedness strategies for U.S. vaccines and drugs focusing initially on the Lyme Vaccine
- Govern enterprise-wide launch readiness expectations and success metrics
- Act as the escalation authority for policy-related risks impacting launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape national field engagement strategies
- Oversee Pre-Approval Information Exchange readiness for consistent execution across launches
- Refine launch preparedness frameworks using medical insights and analytics
- Provide strategic direction for development of launch training and engagement materials
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree required with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to influence outcomes in a highly matrixed organization
- Deep knowledge of U.S. vaccine policy, ACIP processes, and payer landscapes
- Experience leading complex initiatives without direct people management
- Strong strategic advisor experience to senior executives
- Excellent communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders
