Responsibilities
- Evaluate the events calendar to align with business goals
- Identify and create new event and educational concepts
- Oversee execution of marketing strategies for events
- Manage the KOL program and engagement activities
- Lead and mentor the events and marketing team
Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional experience in event marketing or management
- 5+ years of experience in a management role
- Strong background in KOL management within healthcare or related industries
- Proficient in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
Pay
$144,235 – $206,436 annually
