Responsibilities
- Consolidate the managed service provider portfolio for infrastructure, security, and help desk functions
- Build and develop a cybersecurity operations team from current resources
- Establish governance for alignment between research and IT infrastructure
- Oversee an identity and access management program
- Enhance overall service experience and improve vendor management practices
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology services leadership, with 5+ years at Director or Senior Director level
- Experience leading cohesive multi-function IT services, including infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Ability to collaborate with CISO on policies while executing operationally
- Proficient in AWS and Microsoft Entra/Microsoft 365
- Familiar with scientific and machine learning computing infrastructures
- Proven track record managing and consolidating managed service providers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

$260,000 – $300,000 annually
