Lead development of integrated AV and event technology solutions aligned with client objectives.
Translate client needs into scalable, technically sound, and integration-focused offerings.
Standardize solution frameworks, packages, and best practices across properties.
Partner with operations and production teams to ensure feasibility and execution alignment.
Support complex and high-profile event designs.
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
Partner with sales teams and hotel stakeholders to drive revenue performance.
Participate in client consultations, site visits, and pre-conference planning.
Identify opportunities for upselling, innovation, and enhanced event experiences.
Develop solution-driven proposals that clearly articulate scope, design, and value.
Drive new business development outside existing partner portfolio through relationship expansion and prospecting initiatives.
Client & Partner Engagement
Serve as a senior-level resource for key clients, planners, and hotel partners.
Build strong, trust-based relationships that drive repeat business.
Present solutions with clarity, confidence, and a hospitality-first mindset.
Represent Five-Star in high-visibility client and property engagements.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a bridge between sales, operations, and production teams.
Ensure seamless handoff from solution design through execution.
Partner with Directors and on-site teams to align expectations and service standards.
Support training and development related to solution strategy and offerings.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and experiential design.
Introduce new solution offerings, packages, and service enhancements.
Evaluate performance metrics and client feedback to refine solution strategies.
