This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a hands-on, high-potential supply chain leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and wants to help reshape operations across a complex, multi-site North American manufacturing network.
Responsibilities
- Production planning & scheduling
- S&OP / demand & supply alignment
- Inventory management
- Materials planning
- Inbound/outbound logistics
- KPI reporting & analytics
- Cross-functional operational coordination across manufacturing, procurement, and commercial teams
Requirements
- Strong progression and upward trajectory
- Experience in complex manufacturing / industrial environments
- Configuration to order/Engineered to order
- Planning, scheduling, inventory, logistics, and S&OP exposure with exposure to other supply chain functional experience being highly valued
- Operationally hands-on with strong business acumen
- Comfortable driving change in a transformation environment
- Strong communicator who can partner effectively across operations, procurement, and commercial teams
- High intellectual horsepower, resilience, and bias for action
