Responsibilities
- Planner, organizer, and director of Human Resource processes and initiatives for HCBC in coordination with HCBC Leadership and Corporate Human Resources.
- Strategic oversight of HCBC Human Resources and provision of HR Customer Services, Employee Relations, Recruitment, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Overseeing and guiding operational aspects of a Foundation-sponsored project focused on the retention, recruitment, and transition of entry-level caregivers.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of the Foundation's project vision.
- Providing oversight and support to project teams to meet contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
- Eight to ten years of progressive work experience in human resources, including management in complex business environments.
- Two to four years of project management experience in a healthcare-related field.
Qualifications
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Certification in Healthcare Human Resources (CHHR) certification preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated strategic planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Current knowledge of HR management, employment laws, and regulations, with a focus on a healthcare environment.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Lawson and Kronos Time & Attendance systems.
- Understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Strong project and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities, and effective time management.
