Responsibilities
- Develop PCOA strategies for clinical and commercial goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PCOA alignment with program objectives
- Align PCOA strategies with regulatory guidance documents
- Conduct evidence generation research for PCOA strategies
- Provide expertise in COA data implementation and communication
- Manage external consultants and organizations for COA deliverables
- Stay updated on research methods and tools
- Promote the impact of patient-centered assessments through education
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, PhD, DrPH, ScD, PharmD) in relevant health outcomes field
- 5+ years with a PhD/DrPH/ScD/PharmD, or 7+ years with MSc/MPH in COA research or health outcomes
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative COA research methodology
- Familiarity with FDA and EMA regulatory guidance
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated through scientific publications
