We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. Also we must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. The posting includes a lot of text; we need to parse into sections. We need to decide what goes under About the role: likely the introductory paragraph: "The Director, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is focused on creating and delivering high-impact, customer-focused, and compliant HR solutions across the organization to support business objectives." That's about the role. Responsibilities: list of duties: many bullet-like sentences. We'll extract responsibilities. Requirements: maybe the "Must be a self-starter..." etc? Actually those are qualifications/skills. The posting includes "A results-oriented leader..." etc. Those are qualifications/skills. Also "10+ years within HRIS with at least 5 years of leading a team..." etc are requirements/qualifications. We need to separate Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. The instruction says we can have sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what content belongs where. Usually Requirements are mandatory (experience, education). Qualifications could be similar. Skills could be abilities. We'll try to categorize: - Requirements: "10+ years within HRIS with at least 5 years of leading a team and developing the strategy", "Experience leading global system RFPs and implementations", "Working knowledge of global data privacy laws", "Experience preparing and presenting summary information and proposals to senior leadership", "BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience", "Experience developing, managing, and coaching teams", "Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt as needed", "Experience and proven success in developing fit for purpose, technology-enabled systems and processes", "Expertise with vendor selection and vendor management". Also maybe "Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach", "Must be a team player who is willing to roll-up their sleeves" could be Qualifications/Skills. - Qualifications: maybe "results-oriented leader with a strong customer service focus and collaborative approach", "Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated abilities to think creatively and strategically to solve and answer key business questions/problems" (appears twice). Also "Ability to think creatively and strategically". Could be Skills. - Skills: "Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities", "Strategic design and end-to-end systems integration, automation, and optimization", "Establish and lead HR technology governance processes", "Evaluate business requests and ensure technology investments align with enterprise HR and organizational strategy", "Develop business cases and ROI analyses", "Ensure systems focus on global consistency, scalability and data accuracy", "Design, develop and implement Oracle Cloud solutions", "Serve as a strong consultative partner", "Identify opportunities for automation", "Perform regular business process reviews", "Sprint planning exercises and cross-functional resource planning", "Lead the HRIS team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects", "Ensure quality delivery of functional technical system activities", "Establish process for managing quality through all development stages", "Maintain up-to-date documentation", "Develop and promote continuous learning within the HRIS team", "Provide support for Oracle Cloud inbound and outbound integration issues", "Configure, maintain and advise on security within the Oracle cloud application", "Develop and sustain appropriate controls to maintain reliable data and enable scalable reporting", "Work alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS", "Lead change management efforts", "Drive system adoption through communication, training, and continuous improvement initiatives", "Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and field teams", "Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to develop a comprehensive workforce analytics and reporting strategy", "Ensure the integrity, consistency, and accessibility of workforce data", "Oversee development of dashboards, metrics, and self-service reporting capabilities", "Develop and manage strategic relationships with software vendors and implementation partners", "Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements and contractual commitments", "Assess emerging HR technologies and recommend solutions", "Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations, internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX-related controls", "Establish processes to monitor and mitigate risks associated with HR systems, integrations, and employee data", "Coordinate internal and external audit activities". That's a lot; many are responsibilities actually. So maybe better to treat the long list as Responsibilities. Then Requirements/Qualifications/Skills are the bullet list at bottom. Thus: About the role: first sentence. Responsibilities: all the sentences after that up until "A results-oriented leader..." maybe. Then Qualifications: maybe the "A results-oriented leader..." block. Skills: maybe the "Exceptional analytical reasoning..." duplicates? Could combine. But we need to avoid duplication. The posting repeats "Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated abilities to think creatively and strategically to solve and answer key business questions/problems" twice. We should preserve but not duplicate? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If it's duplicated in source, we might keep it once? It says preserve ALL substantive information; but duplicated lines are to be removed: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. So we keep only one instance of that phrase. Thus we need to deduplicate. Now produce HTML. Structure:
