Director, Health Partner Engagement

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Health Partner Engagement to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will oversee key health partner relationships and help ensure contract requirements, policy alignment, and service expectations are met across managed care partnerships. The role will also guide a team focused on partner relations and research, while partnering with contracting leadership and external associations to strengthen collaboration. In addition, this individual will support quality education, process improvement, and partner satisfaction efforts that contribute to broader organizational performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $113,000 – $197,700 annually Responsibilities Direct and manage relationships with health partners to meet contract specifications Evaluate and implement policy changes with health partners Lead the Health Partner Relations team and drive research initiatives Engage with health partner associations to strengthen relationships Lead education on quality measures such as HEDIS and CAHPS for health partners Assist in developing negotiation plans with contracting leadership Implement strategies for process improvement and health partner satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Master's degree preferred 7+ years in health plan or managed care required 3+ years in a leadership role preferred Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace regulations Benefits Flexible hours to accommodate member needs Comprehensive total rewards package to support overall well-being Potential for professional development training Work in a collaborative office environment Regular travel to various work locations required Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
