Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead retrospective cohort studies using the company’s claims data
• Manage cross-functional teams for project execution and client communication
• Act as HEOR subject matter expert across the firm
• Support business development efforts for new and existing clients
• Prioritize and manage diverse research and analytics projects
• Coordinate project scope and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies

Requirements

• 7+ years in healthcare with HEOR expertise, particularly in observational research
• 3+ years managing projects from conception to delivery
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Pay

$149,100 – $180,000 annually
