Director, GTM Strategy and Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Director, GTM Strategy and Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will own the systems, processes, and analytics that support revenue growth across the go-to-market organization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales and other cross-functional stakeholders to improve visibility, efficiency, and execution discipline. They will drive automation, integrations, and operating rigor that reduce friction and enable faster, more informed decisions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $180,000 – $215,000 annually Responsibilities Own the GTM tech stack, ensuring strong data flow and integrations Design and implement automation across sales processes Build integrations between revenue tools to create unified data Identify and eliminate friction in the sales process Operationalize sales processes to improve visibility and consistency Analyze sales cycle data to identify bottlenecks Partner with Sales on territory management and capacity planning Qualifications 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM strategy at a B2B SaaS company Deep experience with Salesforce and HubSpot Track record of building automation to improve sales efficiency Strong analytical skills for interpreting pipeline data Experience with forecasting and pipeline visibility frameworks Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across departments Proactive mindset focused on automation and efficiency improvement Benefits Direct access to C-level leadership Ownership over revenue-driving systems and strategy Opportunity to build and optimize GTM operations Fast-paced environment with decision-making influence Focus on high-impact projects with quick wins Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
