About This Role

The Brand Success team partners with major brands to maximize their business on Faire. As Director of GTM Strategy & Operations for Brand Success, you will lead the organization's strategy, operating model, and investment priorities. You will be responsible for driving results end-to-end, leading a small team, and presenting business performance to Faire's leadership team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the most important metrics for our business, understanding and driving outcomes
  • Drive large cross-functional strategic initiatives that move company metrics
  • Lead a small team of high-performing Strategy & Operations individual contributors
  • Develop effective and scalable operational processes and fill operational gaps
  • Develop, refine, and execute on go-to-market strategies
  • Identify opportunities through strong customer understanding and analytics
  • Provide thought partnership and collaboration to cross-functional teammates

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in strategic and operational roles across business operations, consulting, or finance
  • Experience with people management and go-to-market organizations
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, able to break down ambiguous problems and apply a first principles approach
  • Scrupulous and resourceful, able to find ways to make things happen when needed
  • Analytical and metrics-focused, capable of executing complex analyses, defining KPIs, sizing opportunity areas, and measuring performance
  • Product and business intuition, contextualizing insights into broader business goals
  • A strong communicator, able to provide actionable data-driven recommendations to all audiences
  • A highly collaborative and influential person, able to work through others
  • Strong proficiency in Excel + SQL

Pay Range

San Francisco: The pay range for this role is $237,000 to $325,500 per year. This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Workplace and Information Technology Positions

Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
