Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy for paid user acquisition across various digital channels
- Define and manage the channel mix, budget allocation, and performance metrics to optimize results
- Establish and develop a creative team, overseeing the creation of high-performing ad content
- Drive data-backed creative testing to continuously improve performance
- Implement and manage the measurement infrastructure for effective performance analysis
- Set KPIs and reporting processes to provide insights to leadership
- Build a high-performing team, fostering relationships with external vendors and agencies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in performance/user acquisition marketing, particularly in consumer mobile apps
- Demonstrated success managing significant user acquisition budgets and executing hands-on strategies
- Experience scaling B2C applications from growth to widespread adoption
- Expertise in key app install channels including Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, and Meta platforms
- Strong knowledge of mobile measurement tools and techniques, especially post-iOS 14 attribution challenges
- Creative instincts for assessing and guiding effective advertising content
- Ability to manage and develop teams in a user acquisition context
