Director, Graduate Builders - Program Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global Graduate Builder Program strategy
• Build scalable AI-first workforce development programs
• Establish standardized onboarding and development frameworks
• Drive long-term talent pipeline strategies for Builder roles
• Partner with teams to create effective onboarding and curriculum
• Lead global program operations and establish KPIs
• Build and support a strong global manager ecosystem

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, talent development, or workforce strategy
• Experience in building or scaling onboarding programs
• Background in technical or customer-facing organizations
• Strong program management and operational leadership skills
• Proficiency in executive communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to operate strategically and execute effectively
• Passion for developing emerging talent and scalable learning experiences
