Director, Global Security - REMOTE USA

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Security - REMOTE USA to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape and lead a global security function that supports enterprise resilience, risk management, and safe operations across a multinational environment. The Director will partner closely with business leaders and key functions to establish practical security standards, strengthen crisis readiness, and protect people, assets, and operations. This position will also drive executive protection and travel security efforts while building scalable processes that support consistency across regions. Location: Atlanta, GA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $215,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the development of the global security strategy and operations Identify, assess, and prioritize global security risks Establish security policies, standards, and operating models Standardize site security risk assessments and develop mitigation plans Support crisis management and incident response efforts Define and implement executive protection and travel security programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including EHS, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or a related field 20+ years of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs Preferred: Master's degree or advanced certifications such as CPP, PSP, or PCI Preferred: Experience in multinational corporate environments and with executive protection and travel risk programs Benefits Flexible remote working arrangements Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan Opportunity for performance-based bonus/incentives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
