Director, Global Quality

About the role

This leader will oversee a global quality function that supports product integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. The role will shape quality strategy, strengthen deployment of quality systems, and help ensure consistent execution across the product lifecycle. This is a highly cross-functional position that partners closely with operations, engineering, and customer-facing teams to drive measurable quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global quality strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead the deployment of the organization's reliability system
• Define and manage a department-level quality deployment plan
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality practices throughout the product lifecycle
• Oversee compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
• Manage customer defect tracking and resolution processes
• Develop and maintain quality KPIs and dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in technical product design or manufacturing processes
• 5+ years of experience in quality management leadership
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences

Pay

$147,290 – $189,000 annually
