The Director, Global Marketing Operations role is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for shaping and scaling the global marketing operations ecosystem within a high-growth, technology-driven environment. Key accountabilities include:
- Lead and develop a team of senior digital marketing and operations professionals responsible for marketing automation, CRM integration, and corporate website performance.
- Define and execute the global strategy for marketing operations, including automation platforms, digital infrastructure, and web experience optimization.
- Own the governance and continuous improvement of marketing systems to enhance lead flow, campaign execution, and operational efficiency.
- Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives to improve marketing performance, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee corporate website strategy and performance, ensuring a seamless user experience that supports engagement and conversion.
- Establish and manage performance frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally with business, product, and technology teams to align marketing operations with broader organizational goals.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing senior-level teams.
- Proven experience leading marketing operations, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and website technologies.
- Strong expertise in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Access, Tableau, or similar platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement KPI frameworks, performance management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and technology teams.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and strategic concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working in B2B technology environments and leveraging AI-enabled marketing solutions.
