Director, Global Marketing

About the role

This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of global brand strategy and multi-year commercial plans
• Influence portfolio strategy and key commercialization decisions as a thought partner
• Shape global positioning and build a consistent promotional platform
• Inform insight generation plans and conduct primary market research
• Translate clinical data into impactful scientific narratives with Global Medical Affairs
• Develop payer value messages and guide access considerations with Global Market Access
• Drive global launch readiness and ensure cross-functional alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred
• 10+ years of progressive commercial experience in biotechnology and/or pharmaceuticals
• Demonstrated track record in developing and executing global brand strategies
• Experience in global or regional launches with focus on brand strategy and messaging
• Strong understanding of the oncology ecosystem and competitive landscape
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all organizational levels
• Proven success in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company environment

$201,000 – $251,000 annually
