Director, Global Facilities Management Projects (COE) (REMOTE)

Responsibilities

• Lead global Facilities Management Projects team and strategic initiatives
• Develop long-term strategy aligning with organizational goals
• Establish and enhance FM Projects Center of Excellence
• Oversee delivery of over 5,000 projects with a $1B spend
• Drive standardization and change management across global operations

Qualifications

• 14+ years in project management with global teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
• Experience in developing strategic and execution frameworks
• Proven track record in transformation and operational excellence
• Familiarity with corporate real estate and multi-site operations preferred

• $186,200 – $353,800 annually
