Director, Project Management - Remote

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a centralized project intake process across divisions
• Design executive reporting processes for project visibility and resource allocation
• Lead cross-divisional projects from initiation to closure
• Develop and maintain project management standards and best practices
• Interface with division leaders and executive leadership
• Create comprehensive project documentation including budgets and risk registers
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks
• Facilitate project prioritization and resource allocation decisions
• Measure project success metrics and report to executive leadership
• Lead change management for project deliverables
• Develop after-action reports to drive continuous improvement
• Mentor project managers and team members across divisions
• Manage project budgets to achieve business objectives
• Maintain high stakeholder satisfaction ratings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience
• Experience managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects
• Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
