Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a centralized project intake process across divisions
- Design executive reporting processes for project visibility and resource allocation
- Lead cross-divisional projects from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain project management standards and best practices
- Interface with division leaders and executive leadership
- Create comprehensive project documentation including budgets and risk registers
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks
- Facilitate project prioritization and resource allocation decisions
- Measure project success metrics and report to executive leadership
- Lead change management for project deliverables
- Develop after-action reports to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor project managers and team members across divisions
- Manage project budgets to achieve business objectives
- Maintain high stakeholder satisfaction ratings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience
- Experience managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
