Sr. Director Global Facilities Management

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for global facilities management operations
• Establish governance frameworks and performance standards for compliance and sustainability
• Enhance global facilities management through technology and partnership improvements
• Lead reliability engineering and safety programs for critical building systems
• Develop maintenance strategies supported by standardized processes and data
• Manage CMMS/CAFM and IWMS platforms to optimize asset performance
• Direct HSE strategy to align with regulatory compliance and corporate standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 12+ years of experience in global facilities or engineering
• Proven leadership of large, diverse portfolios with in-house and outsourced models
• Expertise in highly regulated environments like healthcare and pharmaceuticals
• Strong knowledge of building systems and reliability engineering
• Demonstrated success in facilities management sourcing and vendor governance
• Solid financial management experience
