Director, Financial Solution Sales

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Director of Financial Solution Sales to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a healthcare environment.

About the role

You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales strategy to meet or exceed annual quotas
• Manage sales quotas, profit goals, and product expectations for the sales function
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns to drive bookings growth
• Coach and mentor sales representatives to enhance performance and career growth
• Provide competitive insights and feedback to product teams based on client interactions
• Integrate sales plans with existing processes and IT systems, utilizing Salesforce effectively
• Analyze team performance against market trends and overall corporate objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably within healthcare technology
• 4+ years of experience in Ambulatory Software or Health Information Technology (HIT) sales
• Management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of data privacy laws and healthcare technology

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
