Director, Finance GTM

For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Director of Finance GTM to strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, offering the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Own subscription revenue and ARR forecasting for Marketing & Data Solutions
• Lead sales capacity planning and manage expense forecasting
• Serve as finance partner to GTM leadership, providing data-driven financial insights
• Support deal economics and strategic pricing initiatives enhancing revenue
• Provide inputs for long-term strategic planning and quarterly forecasts

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or related fields
• Expert in revenue modeling, ARR analysis, and sales capacity planning
• Demonstrated success in high-growth, fast-paced environments, collaborating with GTM teams

Pay

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
