Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee fieldwork and student teaching placements
- Recruit and train fieldwork supervisors and mentor teachers
- Manage partnerships with school districts for student placements
- Monitor and maintain documentation compliance for teaching placements
- Represent the Department of Teacher Education at recruitment and orientation events
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in education or related field
- 3+ years of K-12 teaching experience
- Experience mentoring student teachers and interns
- Understanding of California Credential Requirements
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software
