Director of Field Placement
Responsibilities
- Cook up and oversee all functions related to the field placement of students for both practicum and student teaching.
- Supervise and train field supervisors.
- Manage and organize program and information for all areas of field placement.
- Plan orientations and meetings for student teachers.
- Foster academic excellence in the classroom.
Requirements
- Masters in Education or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years in higher education or K-12 administration.
- Five (5) or more years as a classroom teacher.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic Social Teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years experience in field placement, either on the higher education or placement side.
- PDE State Teacher Certification.
- Proficiency with instructional technology.
- Experience supervising education students in field placements.
- Participation in LEA/IHE partnerships.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position starting July/August 2026.
