The Director, Field Operations, is responsible for driving the effectiveness, execution, and operational excellence of customer-facing teams. The individual will translate strategy into execution by leading initiatives across field reporting, targeting and alignment, performance management, and operational cadence, ensuring field teams are equipped with the right infrastructure, tools, processes, insights, and operational partnership to execute effectively. This role serves as the operational engine for field readiness, field execution, and launch performance optimization across customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of field force deployment strategies, in partnership with field leadership and aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Lead annual and ongoing field planning analyses, including territory design, alignment, and customer targeting to maximize market coverage and business impact.
• Lead field targeting and call planning processes to drive field engagement and performance against quarterly and annual objectives.
• Translate field design, account segmentation, and targeting logic into field-ready CRM workflows, call plans, execution guidance, and KPIs.
• Plan and execute major and minor field realignments end to end, scenario modeling, decision support, change management, and on-time deployment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess field effectiveness, identify performance trends, and recommend actions to improve execution.
