We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract sections:
- About the role: description of role, responsibilities overview. The posting includes many paragraphs describing the role. Could be under "Responsibilities". But we need to decide sections.
We have content about responsibilities: "Field Leadership & Team Development", "Operational & Financial Performance", "Member Experience & Operational Excellence", "Strategic Partnership & Change Leadership". Those are subheadings within responsibilities. Could group under Responsibilities.
We have Requirements/Qualifications: list of qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, 8+ years progressive multi-unit operations leadership experience, etc. Also travel requirements, reside near major airport, valid driver's license, clean driving record.
We have Skills: many bullet-like statements: extremely detail-oriented, efficient, organized, exceptional presentation and communication skills, etc. Could be under Skills.
We have Benefits: described: comprehensive benefits package includes core medical, dental, vision, life and disability, supplemental accident, hospital and critical illness coverage; generous time off program (including volunteer time), childcare reimbursement, paid parental leave, pet care reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, free Black Card membership, learning and development programs, engagement activities; 401(k) Plan with safe harbor employer matching and employee stock purchase plan.
We have Pay: Annual Base Salary Range $150,000-$170,000; also eligible for annual corporate bonus incentive program.
We have Schedule: travel up to 100% of the time, some evenings and weekends required. Also "Willing and able to travel approximately 100% of the time. Some evenings and weekends are required". Also "Currently reside near a major airport". That's more a requirement than schedule. But schedule: travel expectations.
We also have location: covers clubs across Southern PA, Delaware, New Jersey, and Long Island, NY. Ideal candidate should currently reside in one of these regions and be willing and able to travel up to 100% of the time within the region and as needed to the Club Support Centers in Hampton, NH and Boston, MA.
We need to include all substantive info.
We must not include boilerplate like "Note to Applicants" about fraud schemes? That's a warning but maybe considered boilerplate? It's a scam warning; instructions say remove scam-warning boilerplate. So we should drop that note.
Also remove duplicated lines: there is repeated mission statement at start; we can keep one concise version? But we must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. However we can condense duplicate sentences? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That suggests we should not omit any substantive info, but we can remove duplicated lines (identical repeats). The mission statement appears twice: "The Company’s mission is to enhance people’s lives by providing a high-quality fitness experience in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment, which we call the Judgement Free Zone®." and later "At Planet Fitness, our unique mission has always been to enhance people’s lives by providing a high-quality fitness experience in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment." Slightly different but similar. We could keep one version; but that might be summarizing away detail? It's somewhat duplicate but not identical. Safer to keep both? Might be considered duplicated lines? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines (identical). These are not identical but similar; we could keep both as they are not exact duplicates. However to avoid redundancy, maybe keep one. I'd lean to keep one concise version.
We also have repeated "Approximately 90% of Planet Fitness clubs are owned and operated by independent business owners." appears only once.
We have repeated "Joining the PF family means..." paragraph; that's substantive about culture; we should keep.
We have repeated "For the past 30 years, we’ve helped millions..." etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll structure:

We also need to include some overview about the company mission and culture maybe under About the role. Let's craft About the role paragraph summarizing the company and role. We must preserve all substantive info; we have not included the company founding, membership numbers, mission statement, etc. That is substantive about the company; we should include it perhaps in About the role. Let's add a paragraph afterAbout the Role
that includes: "Founded in 1992 in Dover, NH, Planet Fitness is one of the largest and fastest‑growing franchisors and operators of fitness centers in the world by number of members and locations.
