Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and operational management of all facility management functions
• Oversight of maintenance operations, utilities management, life safety systems, construction and renovation activities, grounds management, and environmental infrastructure
• Ensuring a safe, reliable, and compliant environment supporting patient care, staff operations, and organizational objectives
• Leading facility operations according to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
• Contributing to Environment of Care, Emergency Management, and Life Safety programs
• Promoting operational reliability, risk reduction, fiscal responsibility, and team accountability
• Serving on the Environment of Care Committee
