Director, Equipment Sales (Northeast)
Position Summary
This role will be responsible for managing a team of Equipment Sales Specialists (ES) to achieve sales results, market share, and customer delight goals for the sales of core equipment and technology to our dental customers. This position is expected to work closely with the Regional Manager Customer Advocates (RMCAs) and Vice Presidents of Sales (VPoS) to manage/grow/execute the equipment pipeline; assisting in the development of new technology and equipment offerings for our customers; successfully promoting and supporting our CAD/CAM offerings; driving equipment training programs for ES’s and Territory Representatives (TR’s); monitoring equipment sales productivity, customer activity and identifying areas for improvement; interfacing with Marketing to successfully promote equipment with a focus on quarterly promotions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field or equivalent education/experience
- Two years sales/management experience
- Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel in assigned region as well as frequent overnight travel
- Reside or be willing to relocate to the Northeast District (ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE, VA, NC)
