Responsibilities
- Partner with the Enterprise Leadership Team and senior stakeholders to define strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Translate internal and external insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Assess long-term trends, emerging opportunities, and enterprise risks to inform the evolution of the firm's strategy.
- Lead strategic analyses and cross-functional initiatives that inform enterprise priorities and executive decision making.
- Monitor industry, market, customer, and competitive trends and assess their impact on firm strategy.
- Identify emerging opportunities and risks and elevate key findings to executive leadership.
- Lead the evolution of the firm's competitive insights function, including strategy, governance, operating model, and enabling tools.
- Transform external signals and market intelligence into decision-ready insights for firm leaders.
- Oversee the synthesis and distribution of industry, customer, competitor, and market intelligence across the organization.
- Lead the evaluation and application of artificial intelligence capabilities to enhance strategic planning, competitive intelligence, decision support, and enterprise-wide business insights.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to identify and apply AI capabilities that align with enterprise strategy, value creation objectives, and responsible governance practices.
- Frame and solve complex business challenges using both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Develop strategic hypotheses, gather and analyze data, and present recommendations to executive audiences.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to address critical enterprise opportunities and challenges.
- Identify emerging AI trends, technologies, business models, and market developments, translating their potential impact into strategic recommendations.
- Facilitate executive workshops, alignment sessions, and strategy discussions that drive informed decisions and stakeholder buy-in.
- Design and deliver leadership learning experiences that strengthen strategic and industry acumen across the firm.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and represent enterprise strategy in leadership forums.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to a team responsible for core strategy work and special strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 11+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, strategic planning, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success developing and influencing enterprise-level strategy.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Experience leading strategic initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect market trends, competitive dynamics, and business performance.
