Director, Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Director Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $159,939 – $211,119 annually Responsibilities Lead strategy development for expanding into priority states Create state-specific market entry strategies and monitor policy changes Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for market opportunities Work closely with Government Affairs on policy advocacy Produce data-driven materials for stakeholder meetings Build relationships with external partners in target markets Prepare for future RFPs through market positioning strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred At least 6 years in corporate strategy or management consulting Minimum 3 years in healthcare, preferably within a PACE organization Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong organizational and communication skills for executive interactions 2 years of supervisory experience with team development Experience in data-driven environments for project management Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off: 17 days of PTO, 12 holidays, and 6 sick days 401(k) savings plan with match Comprehensive compensation package including bonuses Additional benefits offered Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
