Director, Enterprise Workforce Solutions- Remote US

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Enterprise Workforce Solutions- Remote US to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will oversee enterprise talent acquisition solutions that shape how the organization attracts, structures, and supports hiring at scale. The role will focus on designing an effective operating model, strengthening governance, and improving recruiting technology to deliver more consistent and measurable outcomes. It will also partner closely with business and functional leaders to advance transformation efforts and support responsible adoption of AI-enabled recruiting tools. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Design and continuously improve a global talent acquisition operating model Establish roles, responsibilities, and governance across recruiting functions Optimize applicant tracking systems and related recruiting technologies Pilot and operationalize AI recruiting tools responsibly with cross-functional partnerships Standardize recruiting processes with documented playbooks and service-level expectations Create analytics frameworks to enhance leadership visibility into hiring outcomes Collaborate with leaders on recruitment solution design as a competitive differentiator Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience in RPO or professional services Experience implementing or transforming enterprise applicant tracking systems Proven success in driving talent acquisition transformation through influence and alignment Strong metrics development and reporting skills for executive-level insights Preferred experience in life sciences or healthcare commercial services Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting technology compliance is a plus Benefits Comprehensive benefits packages tailored to the role and location Supportive culture that promotes well-being and personal growth Remote work model for improved work-life balance Commitment to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
