Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy
  • Hire, lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of front-line sales management experience in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Prominent track record of closing complex enterprise deals
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Experience collaborating within a strategic channel ecosystem
  • Expertise in accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and derive insights
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
