Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy
- Hire, lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives
- Engage with key regional customer relationships
- Lead regional deal strategy and account planning
- Drive a channel-first sales motion with strategic partners
- Partner with internal teams to align go-to-market strategy
- Provide market insights to inform product strategy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of front-line sales management experience in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Prominent track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high-performing sales teams
- Experience collaborating within a strategic channel ecosystem
- Expertise in accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and derive insights
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
