Director, Enterprise Operations

The Enterprise Operations team serves as the operational backbone for Global IT. This team ensures employees remain productive and technology functions reliably across multiple brands, overseeing everything from service desk delivery and hardware lifecycle management to device supply chain, financial planning, and enterprise process improvement. The organization is currently engaged in a significant initiative to integrate three companies into a unified global IT operating model, aiming to elevate the standard for how enterprise technology supports a world-class workforce.
About the Role
This role is for a Director, Enterprise Operations who will lead a multi-functional team and be accountable for the performance, cost, and reliability of IT operations globally. The individual will drive the ongoing organizational integration, standardizing processes, vendors, and tooling across three brands, while simultaneously maintaining the daily operations essential for employee productivity. This position reports to the Head of Global IT within the Global IT organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams. Manage managers responsible for service desk, IT asset management, supply chain, business operations, integration, and corporate AV across three global brands.
- Build the global operating model. Drive post-acquisition IT integration, cross-regional process standardization, and automation to scale IT operations across the organization's brands.
- Own performance and costs. Establish and achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and budget targets, and report performance insights to senior leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally. Collaborate closely with Workplace, Security, Finance, and Engineering teams to enhance the employee technology experience.
Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in enterprise IT operations.
- More than 5 years of experience leading multi-functional teams across service desk, asset management, or supply chain in a global or multi-regional setting.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling IT organizations, with measurable achievements in SLA performance, cost efficiency, or employee satisfaction.
- Experience with budget and financial planning, including headcount modeling, vendor management, and IT cost optimization.
- Prominent ability to navigate organizational change, having led IT operations through acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong communication skills with senior leaders, capable of translating operational complexity into actionable decisions and measurable outcomes.
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary will be localized according to the employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be adjusted in the future. In addition to base salary, this role includes opportunities for equity grants. For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus paid sick time per year. The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $204,000—$300,000 USD.
