Director, Engineering Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of SDC's cross-functional initiatives across multiple geographies
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of senior technical program managers
• Own the operating rhythm of the SDC business, including planning and tracking work
• Act as a trusted partner to Product and Engineering leadership, addressing alignment risks early
• Design and facilitate leadership meetings and workshops that clarify goals
• Prepare concise materials for leadership forums to support decision-making

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technical programs or business operations within a product organization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Proven experience managing senior program managers or cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working with engineering on complex systems
• Experience in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
• Strong track record of achieving outcomes through influence and collaboration
