Director, Employee Communications Business Partner, Technology & Data

Job Summary

Fitch Group is seeking an Employee Communications Business Partner (ECBP) to lead communications for its Technology & Data (T&D) organization. The role requires strategic storytelling, data-driven insights, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and steward the end-to-end T&D strategic narrative
• Shape clear, audience-specific storylines for multiple audiences
• Build and maintain a proactive T&D proof-point pipeline
• Lead strategy and execution for high-impact T&D campaigns and programs
• Own communications outcomes by designing and applying measurement frameworks
• Equip leaders with high-quality communication packages for priority moments
• Ensure alignment between internal T&D narratives and external positioning

• Demonstrated success driving employee communications strategy and execution
• Exceptional storytelling capability
• Data-driven mindset
• Confidence operating as both a strategic advisor and hands-on storyteller
• Expertise across a range of communication channels

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology, data, AI, or digital transformation organizations
• Comfort shaping narratives with both internal and external audiences
• Experience using or designing AI-enabled or automated communications workflows

Pay

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $175,000 per year (depending on location).

Schedule

3 days a week in office required based on your line of business and location.
