Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Americas EHS&S strategy aligned with global objectives
- Provide leadership and direction to regional EHS&S teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead the implementation of programs to strengthen safety culture
- Oversee audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in EHS performance
- Direct emergency preparedness and crisis management efforts
- Partner with operations and HR to integrate EHS&S priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, or related field
- 10-15+ years of EHS experience
- Multi-site and multi-country experience required
- Strong regulatory knowledge across the Americas
- Proven leadership and cultural transformation experience
- Preferred certifications: CSP, CIH, CHMM

$139,500 – $235,175 annually
