Director, EHS&S Americas

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Americas EHS&S strategy aligned with global objectives
• Provide leadership and direction to regional EHS&S teams
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead the implementation of programs to strengthen safety culture
• Oversee audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in EHS performance
• Direct emergency preparedness and crisis management efforts
• Partner with operations and HR to integrate EHS&S priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, or related field
• 10-15+ years of EHS experience
• Multi-site and multi-country experience required
• Strong regulatory knowledge across the Americas
• Proven leadership and cultural transformation experience
• Preferred certifications: CSP, CIH, CHMM

Pay

$139,500 – $235,175 annually
