Director of Dining Services - Food Service Management

We're excited to announce our partnership with the Fort Lupton, Colorado community, home to 6 schools and approximately 2,400 students. Chartwells K12 aims to make students happier and healthier through delicious, nutritious meals. With over 16,000 associates in 4,500 schools, Chartwells K12 combines decades of food, education, and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Works with the team to create nutritious and high-quality food for students.
• Implements new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams.
• Acts as a liaison between Chartwells, the client, and the community.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of a dining service operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree in Management/Hospitality/Culinary or Nutrition, encouraged with additional food service management experience.
• Three plus years of foodservice management experience.
• Dining experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial acumen and strong business intuition.
• Excellent communication skills.
