Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for a new experience platform
  • Manage and optimize the daily activities of the Digital/Technology product management team
  • Oversee end-to-end management of product portfolios and strategies
  • Set product strategies that define direction and align development efforts
  • Implement data-driven methodologies for continuous product optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product feature launches
  • Establish governance and performance measurement for scaling product capabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, including Strategy/Planning and User Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience leading teams, either directly or in a matrix environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders effectively
  • Solid understanding of digital and technology products, trends, and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Agile and Lean Product Development environments
  • Demonstrated people management skills
