Director, Digital Solution Architecture

For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Director of Digital Solution Architecture to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Define and govern long-term architecture vision and technology roadmap for commercial technology
• Align technology investments with strategic business objectives through partnership with IT and business leaders
• Serve as technology advisor for CRM and omnichannel transformation initiatives
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve customer engagement and operational effectiveness
• Lead architecture decisions for key commercial technology investments, ensuring scalability and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in Life Sciences
• Proven experience leading enterprise architecture or digital transformation initiatives at a Director level
• Extensive experience with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Engagement functions in Life Sciences organizations
• Deep understanding of Life Sciences business processes and engagement models
• Expertise in CRM platforms like Veeva and Salesforce, along with digital integration tools
• Strong knowledge of omnichannel engagement and commercial analytics solutions

Pay

$172,500 – $232,500 annually
