Director, Solution Architecture

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Solution Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This leader will guide the architecture function for complex enterprise initiatives that support commercial real estate operations and client delivery. The role will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on financial and leasing workflows. You will partner closely with senior client stakeholders, engineering teams, and commercial partners to improve delivery quality, streamline data flows, and advance AI-enabled outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually Responsibilities Define and manage project scope for complex enterprise projects Coordinate engineering tasks across delivery teams to meet client priorities Serve as the main technical liaison for senior client leadership Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on enterprise account strategies Convert client business needs into technical solutions and data workflows Design and integrate data models using existing CRE software connectors Set architecture standards to ensure consistent delivery quality Advocate for AI-based solutions to enhance project outcomes Qualifications 7+ years in solution architecture or implementation consulting with large engagement experience Strong understanding of commercial real estate financial and leasing workflows Hands-on experience with CRE software platforms such as Yardi and MRI Proficiency in data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT and API integrations Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication skills for executive-level interactions Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and methodologies Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Paid parental leave at full salary Paid Time Off and observed company holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
