About the role

Serve as a key leader in ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of critical applications and infrastructure. Drive operational readiness and act as a liaison between development and operations teams throughout the service lifecycle. Champion SRE principles, including automation, monitoring, and incident management, to foster developer ownership and resilience. Oversee initiatives related to capacity planning, performance optimization, and proactive risk management. Guide teams in building and maintaining highly reliable and scalable distributed systems. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and blameless post-mortems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and configuration management.
  • Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale, distributed systems with a focus on reliability.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus).
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills with a systematic and analytical problem-solving approach.
