Director, Design Client Experience

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Design Client Experience to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will guide a client experience design function that shapes how users engage with financial and insurance offerings across digital and service touchpoints. The role will set vision for the team, translate strategy into practical design execution, and drive innovation that creates meaningful value for the business and its customers. In addition, this leader will partner closely with research, product, and organizational stakeholders to build a high-performing design team and align talent planning with long-term goals.
