Director, CX Data Enablement & Platforms Technical Suite Lead

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for the Data Enablement & Platforms team
• Collaborate to create value-focused technical roadmaps
• Own budget and resource allocation for maximizing impact
• Translate product roadmaps into scalable technology architectures
• Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory expectations
• Lead and develop Technical Leads within the data domains
• Manage vendor partners to align with objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years in data engineering or enterprise platform delivery management
• 3+ years in roles managing a team of developers
• Experience leading high-performing teams and driving accountability across functions for 6-8 years

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
