Responsibilities
- Set and drive the technical direction for Customer Analytics & Insights and Performance Analytics & Optimization teams
- Collaborate with CX Suite Leads to create value-focused roadmaps for technical capabilities
- Manage budget and resource allocation to maximize impact and long-term value
- Ensure development teams build scalable and reliable technology solutions
- Act as the primary technical point of accountability for analytics suites
- Coordinate roadmap dependencies and integrations with Tech Leads and Capability Owners
- Lead resolution of cross-team technical issues affecting performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or enterprise platform delivery management
- 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, or similar managerial role
- 6-8 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving accountability across functions
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python and R for analytics
