Director, CX Analytics & Optimization Technical Suite Lead

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the technical direction for Customer Analytics & Insights and Performance Analytics & Optimization teams
• Collaborate with CX Suite Leads to create value-focused roadmaps for technical capabilities
• Manage budget and resource allocation to maximize impact and long-term value
• Ensure development teams build scalable and reliable technology solutions
• Act as the primary technical point of accountability for analytics suites
• Coordinate roadmap dependencies and integrations with Tech Leads and Capability Owners
• Lead resolution of cross-team technical issues affecting performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or enterprise platform delivery management
• 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, or similar managerial role
• 6-8 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving accountability across functions
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python and R for analytics
