You’ll lead and grow a high-performing team by recruiting top talent, mentoring leaders, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative studio culture. You’ll guide teams on how to integrate data into design and strategy work, partnering closely with technologists to bring ideas to life. You’ll also play a key role in expanding frog’s business, including building trusted client relationships, shaping and selling consulting engagements, leading pitches, and serving as a senior advisor to client executives. You’ll help elevate frog’s point of view through thought leadership, writing, and speaking on topics like data strategy, innovation, and AI-driven insights. Along the way, you’ll stay hands-on—leading major programs or advising teams to ensure high-quality outcomes—and act as a champion for the Data Practice as we continue to grow across North America.
