The Director, Customer Performance Analytics is a strategic analytics leadership opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional focused on improving customer outcomes, operational performance, and value-based care initiatives. Requirements
- An experienced healthcare analytics leader with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to transform complex data into measurable performance improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, STEM, or a related field; advanced degrees such as an MBA or quantitative discipline are preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, performance management, or data-driven business strategy.
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, product operations, research, or related analytical environments.
- Proven experience partnering with executive stakeholders to develop actionable recommendations using data and analytics.
- A strong understanding of customer success, performance optimization, and value-based healthcare models.
- Demonstrated ability to transform ambiguous business challenges into structured plans and measurable initiatives.
- Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members on analytical projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to balance short-term execution needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in Python and Databricks is required.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, AI/ML, data visualization, or other advanced analytics tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of population health management principles is preferred.
