# Senior Creative Director, Worldwide Promotions
Paramount Pictures is seeking a senior-level **Senior Creative Director, Worldwide Promotions** to support the Worldwide Marketing Partnerships team on the Paramount lot. This role is responsible for shaping the creative vision behind partner pitches, film presentations, campaign materials, and global partnership creative for major theatrical releases and studio marketing initiatives.

Reporting to: EVP of Worldwide Promotions
Responsibilities: Help lead the development of high-impact creative materials that bring Paramount films to life for brand partners, promotional partners, senior executives, filmmakers, and global marketing teams. Requires a strong creative leader with experience in entertainment marketing, promotional partnerships, campaign storytelling, presentation development, brand collaboration, and cross-functional creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the creative vision for partner pitches, film presentations, promotional campaign materials, and global partnership creative.
  • Support Paramount Pictures’ Worldwide Marketing Partnerships team in developing creative concepts that help secure and execute brand partnerships for major films.
  • Work closely with the EVP of Worldwide Promotions, senior executives, filmmakers, campaign management, creative teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Develop and oversee creative materials for partner meetings, sales presentations, filmmaker reviews, internal approvals, and global marketing initiatives.
  • Translate film strategy, audience insights, promotional opportunities, and brand partner needs into clear and compelling creative concepts.
  • Lead the creative development of pitch decks, sizzle materials, presentation visuals, mockups, promotional concepts, campaign toolkits, and partner-facing materials.
  • Guide the creative expression of partnership campaigns across digital, social, experiential, retail, consumer products, media, and promotional channels.
  • Collaborate with campaign management teams to ensure creative materials align with film positioning, release strategy, studio priorities, and partner requirements.
  • Work with filmmakers and studio leadership to ensure partnership creative respects the film’s tone, characters, story, audience, and creative guidelines.
  • Partner with vendors, agencies, designers, editors, copywriters, and internal creative resources to produce polished, high-quality materials.
  • Review and provide direction on visual design, copy, layouts, campaign concepts, presentation flow, brand integration, and final creative execution.
  • Manage creative timelines, feedback rounds, approvals, and deliverables across multiple films and partnership campaigns.
  • Help ensure all promotional creative is brand-appropriate, film-accurate, strategically clear, visually polished, and ready for executive or partner review.
  • Support global teams with creative assets, guidelines, toolkits, templates, and presentation materials for local partnership execution.
  • Maintain awareness of entertainment marketing trends, promotional partnerships, studio campaign standards, brand activations, and cultural moments.
  • Contribute to a high-performing creative process that supports speed, quality, collaboration, and strong storytelling.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience in creative direction, entertainment marketing, promotional partnerships, advertising, brand marketing, studio marketing, or agency creative leadership.
  • Strong portfolio or body of work showing high-level campaign creative, presentation design, entertainment marketing, brand partnerships, or promotional concepts.
  • Experience developing partner pitches, marketing presentations, creative decks, campaign materials, or executive-level creative work.
  • Strong understanding of film marketing, brand partnerships, audience engagement, and promotional campaign development.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into compelling creative concepts and polished deliverables.
  • Excellent visual judgment, storytelling ability, and understanding of brand integration.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with senior executives, filmmakers, creative teams, external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, films, timelines, approvals, and creative priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide designers, writers, editors, vendors, and creative collaborators.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across complex creative materials.
  • Ability to present creative ideas clearly and respond effectively to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a major film studio, entertainment company, streaming platform, agency, or brand partnership environment.
  • Experience supporting theatrical film releases, franchise campaigns, global marketing initiatives, or promotional partnerships.
  • Experience creating materials for major brand partners, licensees, retailers, media partners, or promotional sponsors.
  • Familiarity with entertainment creative approvals, filmmaker review processes, studio brand guidelines, and theatrical campaign timelines.
  • Experience with pitch deck development, keynote presentations, sizzle reels, mockups, campaign toolkits, and partner-facing creative packages.
  • Understanding of digital, social, experiential, retail, consumer promotion, and co-branded campaign execution.
  • Experience managing creative vendors, production partners, agencies, designers, copywriters, or editors.
  • Strong knowledge of pop culture, film audiences, brand marketing, and global promotional trends.
  • Proficiency with creative tools and presentation platforms such as Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
