Job Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction for performance creative, lead and develop a team of creative managers and associates, and build the roadmap that connects creative output to campaign and revenue goals.
  • Own the creative testing strategy across platforms, using performance data and market trends to guide what gets produced, scaled, or sunset.
  • Direct sourcing strategy across UGC, creators, external partners, and agencies, ensuring the content library stays diverse, scalable, and aligned with channel needs.
  • Own the end-to-end production process — from pre-production planning through final asset delivery — and set the quality and brand-consistency standards the team operates against.
  • Budget Management: Own the creator and production budget, allocate spend across content sources to maximize ROI and forecast investment needs as campaigns scale.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact between Performance Creative, Brand, and Paid Media, aligning creative strategy with brand guidelines, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Analyze creative and campaign performance at the program level, translate findings into actionable strategy shifts, and drive continuous improvement in ROI.
  • Lead cross-functional calls and initiatives with Performance Creative, Brand, and other senior stakeholders, driving alignment on priorities, timelines, and creative direction.
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting cadences, set KPI targets for the creative team, and adjust expectations based on campaign goals and seasonality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in performance creative within digital marketing or advertising, including experience managing a team.
  • Proven track record leading creative teams and driving measurable results through paid social and digital ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate performance data into creative strategy and budget decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with experience operating at a senior cross-functional level.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms, creative testing methodology, and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills, with the organizational discipline to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with sound judgment operating autonomously.
  • Proficient in GSuite, Notion, Slack, and Loom.
